Application requirements(conditions)：
- The minimum registered capital :10 million $
- have practical registered address
- business time periods of foreign-invested financing leasing companies(Limited liability company form) is not exceeding 30 years
- have the corresponding professionals, senior management should have professional qualifications and no less than three years practitioner experience
